An upmarket Catering Company situated in Johannesburg North (Central Production Kitchen in Northriding region)
Preparation and Production of Meals for Outside Functions. Central Production Kitchen is in Johannesburg Northern Suburbs but Functions are held mainly in all areas of Johannesburg and occasionally outside of Johannesburg (Botswana/Kruger/Wine lands/Cape, etc) so person must be willing and able to travel to functions located further afield (4-8 times per year – between 3-10 days). Previous experience within an outside catering environment will prove an advantage but seeking any senior level chef who enjoys adapting to different venues, menus, etc, enjoys cooking and outside catering.
Formal Professional Cookery Diploma essential.
Outside Catering experienced preferred. Strong Leadership and creative ability. Able to use initiative and make decisions and good people skills to liaise with clients. Flexibility and willingness to travel to functions located around the country.
