A New Moroccan themed Restaurant serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner situated in Johannesburg Northern Suburbs.
General Management of the Shop (180 Seater Cafe/Deli Style Restaurant and Cocktail Bar/Lounge). Opening and Closing – 7 am to 9 pm operating hours. The Manager will work closely with the Owner. Management of Menus, Stock, Food Quality and Production, Cash ups, Handling of Customer queries and complaints, problem solving, TRAINING – Great Training skills and proven track record required.
Must have a Culinary/Professional Cookery Diploma.
Hands On. Pro-Active. Must be a strong Hands-On Kitchen Manager and Trainer but also able to interact and manage front of House Operations. Exceptional Stock Control and Point of Sale experience (GAAP System Used). Great Leadership Skills.
