A reputable conveyancing firm located in Johannesburg Northern Suburbs.

Job Description

The scope of this dual role will be to fully manage Conveyancing Transfers Secretarial administration (50%) and Market the firm to increase revenue to Real Estate Agents (50%). Previous experience within a Conveyancing Secretarial role (Transfers) as well as Business Development/Relationship Management experience will be a strong advantage.

Qualifications

Relevant Qualifications are an advantage but not essential if well-experienced in the right field.

Skills

Fluent in English and Afrikaans. Experienced as a Transfers Conveyancing Secretary. Great Communication and Client Relationship Management experience. Own reliable vehicle and driver's Licence required. Confident with ability to approach/cold call Agents. Working experience with Ghost Practice/Convey.

Salary / Package

R20 000 + Commission

Benefits

Commission on new business brought in. Petrol Allowance.
