A state of the Art Events and Conferencing Facility located in Kinshasa, DRC. The venue has a number of outlets which can collectively accommodate up to 1100 people. The area is very safe being 2400 kms away from where the war is and being the capital has access to all modern facilities and amenities so safety is no issue.

Job Description

A state of the Art Events Facility – one of a kind in Africa has been built and apart from Staff is operational. The venues can host up to 1100 Guests in total in various set ups within the venues. The venue was initially erected to host 3 high profile weddings in which an outsourced events company was brought in. There is now a beautiful Shell but no operational systems or in house staffing (Apart from Maintenance and general kitchen staff) in place. There is no accommodation for Guests on site, purely Events Facilities and a Restaurant. A new opening team is being sought after starting with this senior Project Management Role.

Qualifications

Formal Hospitality or F&B Qualifications (Copies of Qualifications will be required)

Skills

French Speaking would be a huge advantage in this role. Highly experienced in running large state of the art Events Facilities which can accommodate the numbers that this venue can cater for.
