Preparing pre-audit financial statements. Liaising with Auditors. Checking on and maintaining correct account balances. General accounting and performing key account management duties. Liaising with clients in respect of accounts, fees and fee structure. Representing the company to all potential clients and staff. Interviewing and employing new personnel. Training of staff. Monitoring and reporting on client satisfaction. Building and maintaining relationships with clients. Checking daily bank statements; compile payment list. Opening new client accounts and creditor accounts; Bank Recons; Petty Cash; Load Payments; Journals; write offs; Issue of cheques. Resolve direct deposit queries. Documentation control and filing. Dealing with doctor and advocate queries. Dealing with debtors on a daily basis and collections, queries with creditors.
Relevant Bookkeeping/Accounting Qualifications are a strong advantage.
