Job Description

Check Phones for messages (including all social media platforms). Check Emails. Go through Queries. Check payment book. Daily request from MD. Manage Diary – Client cancellations to MD for Signature-Make sure diary is marked by instructors). Update Web Site when needed. Keep track of advertising, Share on all social media platforms and schools. Keep track of stock. Order waters for delivery. Cash ups if cash or card was taken. Capture payments on client’s files. Follow up on outstanding payments. Outstanding for 5 days needs to be given to MD for signature for final Letter of Demand. Any changes to Terms and Conditions need to be given to MD for signing. Check if studios are clean, Manage Ops staff (2 people). Stats and Data base updates Daily. Send messages to clients for their birthdays. Timesheet sign off from the previous week. Sharing social media posts on all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and Facebook Groups, Twitter and Google +). Check Staff Birthdays, and organise gifts and cards with MD. On a Friday back up the laptop. Check posts for the week and the following weeks. SEO Articles. Registration forms as well as class schedules and price list (Print more if needed). Check water/Order more as well as toilet paper if needed. Discuss advertising for the month with MD. Update diary to new month. Update group class schedule. Upload new schedules to website. School list for advertising/after discussing what will be advertised. Create posts for the month as well as videos. Invoice clients- Send out invoices on the 20th / follow up on outstanding. Salaries and Payslips. Excel spread sheet for PAYE for SARS as well as for MD. Mailshot. Do any updates on website + Newsletters. Google reviews (ask certain clients to do a google review) + Comment book upload to web. Instructors need to update clients note files. Check expires dates in instructor’s files (First AID, PI Insurance). Check websites if changes need to be made. For meetings organise eats as well as take minutes.

Working Hours:

  • Mondays from 8am to 17h10 with a 30-minute lunch break at 13h00;
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8h00 to 12h00 and again from 14h45 to 19h15;
  • Wednesdays from 9am to 18h10 with a 30-minute lunch break at 13h00;
  • Fridays from 08h00 to 14h00; and
  • Every 2nd (alternative) Saturday from 08h00 to 12h00.



Matric. Driver's License and Own Transport.


Must have driver's license and own reliable transport. Great written and spoken Communication, Interpersonal and Organizational skills. Able to work independently and duplicate and follow instructions given.
