A 4 STAR 14 Suite Victorian Style (each suite Sleeping 2), 20 Estate Rooms (2 Single Beds per room), 3 Conference Rooms + Venue seating 150 pax. The venue also has 10 self Catering Units. Beautiful country hotel situated near Dullstroom in Mpumalanga.

Job Description

This position will suit a recently qualified person with 1-2 years experience who is hungry to lead a kitchen. Main focus is on Preparation, production and presentation of meals. Hygiene Maintenance and Control. Seeking a Hands-on Chef who will cook rather than be in the office daily but will assist with Menu planning, cost controls and food orders.

Qualifications

Professional Cookery/Culinary Arts Diploma from a well-reputed culinary academy required.

Skills

Great Leadership abilities. Creative with Food Quality and Presentation. Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills. Good Cooking skills. Ability to work the hours that the industry demands and produce fine quality cuisine.
