Draughting and Designing Technical drawings Site visits

Responsibilities: Design and development. Manage a team of technical designers. Leading a team towards implementation. Attending meetings with Clients & consultants, contractors. Design work. Site inspections. Detail design. Working drawings. Council submissions.

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be required to do the following. Design orientation. Attended tender briefings, and reporting back on the requirements. Technical documentation and detailing. Developing Conceptual designs for various architectural projects Rendering. Project managing projects as a team lead and delegating work accordingly. Manage Architect team. Strong presentation skills.

In this position your duties will include but not limited to: Responsible for managing and running of the projects Manage contractors, suppliers and clients  Ensuring Health and Safety requirements are in line Progress meetings when required Quality control (must have experience) / OSHACT experience Scope of job / project:  Commercial Interior Design and Fit outs
