Duties: Conduct training i.e statutory training, learnerships and soft skills Source and vet potential new training providers and handle full administration and payments thereof BEE reporting Co-ordination of inductions Co-ordination of learnerships, educational assistance and the Educational Trust Operational efficiencies and improvements Compliance and Risk Management Stakeholder engagement Upholding company values, policies and procedures.
