Job Description
Your responsibilities will be the following:
Business development building
Drive revenue and sales
Build and maintain client relationships
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for all parties.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
Track and report on business development activities, including pipeline management, sales forecasts, and revenue projections.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments and share insights with internal teams.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our presence and reach.
Provide input and support for strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development strategies and initiatives, making recommendations for improvement.
Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain a deep understanding of products, services, and value proposition, and effectively communicate these to clients and

Matric
Technical Engineering Qualification
Skills
3 – 5 years’ strong technical sales experience
Must be comfortable with ERP systems (Syspro Advantageous)
Willing to travel nationally
Plant machinery experience (Mining Sector)
Salary/Package
R45,000 – R60,000 CTC
