Job Description

Your responsibilities will be the following:

  • Business development building
  • Drive revenue and sales
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for all parties.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Track and report on business development activities, including pipeline management, sales forecasts, and revenue projections.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments and share insights with internal teams.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our presence and reach.
  • Provide input and support for strategic planning and business development initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development strategies and initiatives, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of products, services, and value proposition, and effectively communicate these to clients and
Qualifications
  • Matric
  • Technical Engineering Qualification
Skills
  • 3 – 5 years’ strong technical sales experience
  • Must be comfortable with ERP systems (Syspro Advantageous)
  • Willing to travel nationally
  • Plant machinery experience (Mining Sector)
Salary/Package
R45,000 – R60,000 CTC
