Our Client, is looking for a restaurant/Front of house manager with a solid proven track record in Restaurant Management. Able to manage a team, engage with customers, oversee front of house operations, cash ups and floor management. Will work hand in hand with the General Manager of the Restaurant, filling in for him as and when required.
Formal hospitality qualifications preferred
Good Leadership skills. Able to work longer hours that industry demands. Minimum 5 years stand alone Restaurant Management experience required.
