Company specializes in the manufacture of PVC and Thermoplastic Elastomer compounds.
Job Description
Your duties will encompass:
Managing the dispatch department.
Ensure customer orders are delivered on time to achieve hit rates and monthly sales target.
Planning and booking of transport for all orders being dispatched daily.
Planning, coordinating and feedback on loads.
Generating invoices and completing invoice packs.
Daily and Month end reports.
Managing and control stock levels.
Housekeeping.
Receiving of finished goods from Production and customer.
Dispatching all finished goods for Local and International customers.
Maintaining an attendance register and coordinating overtime.
Assist with skills development and training teams of employees.
Manage incidents on duty and ensure all relevant procedures are followed.
Qualifications
BCom in Supply Chain Management/Logistics
Skills
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Logistics Management.
Must be from Manufacturing industry.
Hands on with exposure working with lots of Raw Materials (Chemicals)
Physically involved with Stock Take
Salary/Package
R40K – R50K CTC
