Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
Advise on or revise company policies.
Liaise with external partners, like industry/union parties/government bodies and ensuring the company’s internal practices comply with labour and employment laws.
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
Assist payroll by providing and consolidating relevant employee information (clocking, leaves of absence, sick days).
Coordinating and supporting functional process audits and assessments, ensuring process compliance and managing and developing an already functional ISO system.
Knowledge of labour laws, legal procedures and remedies.
