Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

  • Organise and maintain personnel records.
  • Update internal databases (e.g. personnel changes, annual, sick and maternity leave).
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Advise on or revise company policies.
  • Liaise with external partners, like industry/union parties/government bodies and ensuring the company’s internal practices comply with labour and employment laws.
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
  • Assist payroll by providing and consolidating relevant employee information (clocking, leaves of absence, sick days).
  • Coordinating and supporting functional process audits and assessments, ensuring process compliance and managing and developing an already functional ISO system.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources Management.
Skills
  • 5 years’ experience as an HR Administrator.
  • Exposure to ISO documentation and maintenance.
  • Able to speak Afrikaans.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office/Pastel applications).
  • Knowledge of labour laws, legal procedures and remedies.
