This role involves managing staff, maintaining budgets, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and creating an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Duties:
Relevant Hospitality Management Diploma
At least 3 years experience in similar role.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and F&B management software.
