Provide support to and work in collaboration with the Day time operating team to provide seamless service to customers.
Provide information on (but not limited to) travel, facilities and services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes and transportation schedules.
Arrange tickets, bookings, appointments, and reservations for customers.
Facilitate the quoting and booking of all travel arrangements, travel appointments where required, special reservations where required, special requests, for complex itineraries.
Build relationships and rapport with your customers.
Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Provide customers with excellent customer service and always go the extra mile.
High attention to detail in all areas of your role.
Deal with complaints and refunds and work alongside the Manager to resolve them.
Arranging all travel related queries and advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports
Keeping clients up to date with any changes.
Counsel clients on terms and conditions of travel, e.g. cancellation policies, Covid protocols, insurance, general advice.
Process payments and discount allocation/s.
Promote destinations, tour packages, concierge and other services.
Provide travel tips on currency, language, safety, health, etc.
Maximize on sales opportunities.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Achieve monthly KPI as set out by the Manager.
Capable of working within a team structure or autonomously.
National Diploma in Travel or similar
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Travel industry.
Amadeus, Quicktrav.
Ability to do invoicing.
