Our client is one of the largest construction companies with operations in South Africa, Swaziland and Zambia and their core business being roads construction and rehabilitation

Job Description

Managing and reporting of all contract budgets to the Main Board
Compiling of all budgets and cost reports
Securing staff and resources to execute the works
Handling all labour issues
Managing Sub-Contractors
Negotiating rates with suppliers
Doing Claim submissions
Securing new work/ Business Development

Qualifications

National Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering Registration with ECSA/ SACPCMP will be an advantage

Skills

5-10 years’ experience as a Contracts Manager on National Roads projects Contract knowledge FIDIC, NEC

Salary/Package

R1.2 Mil CTC
