Job Description

A dynamic and prestigious hospitality property in Pretoria is looking for an experienced Restaurant/F&B Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations to ensure seamless functionality.
Provide leadership, motivation, and direction to the team to maintain exceptional service standards.
Oversee stock management, including procurement, inventory control, and replenishment.
Develop and manage team schedules and rosters to optimize efficiency and coverage.

Qualifications

Hospitality related qualification

Skills

A balanced leadership style that combines firmness with fairness.
Resilience and adaptability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional management capabilities coupled with strong organizational proficiency.
Minimum of 10 years in F&B or Restaurant management experience.
Hotel or Restaurant establishment experience.
Proficiency in Micros, GAAP, or similar systems is highly desirable.

Salary/Package

R20000 – R30000
