Job Description
You will be:
Responsible for producing full contract documents including bills of quantities.
Preparing various cost analysis.
Reporting on tenders and making recommendations.
Preparing detailed estimates of construction costs.
Attending and contributing to regular client and contractor meetings
Preparing interim valuations and payment certificates.
Reporting on cost variations.
Preparing and presenting monthly cost reports.
Providing advice on escalation and anticipated cash flow.
Gathering and analysing project costs to input into internal estimating application.
Qualifications
National Diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying
Skills
+/-5 years’ experience
Valid passport (preferably European passport / UK)
No criminal record
Preferably Registered (With RICS and or SA Council)
Experience on Residential / Hotels / Mixed use projects (preferably)
International experience welcome, but not a requirement.
