Overseeing all functions of sales department, ensuring smooth departmental operations, and delivering Commercial excellence.
Defining, developing, and delivering company top-line and Gross Margin/Contribution in the remote monitoring, guarding and solution services business.
Lead, develop, train, and motivate the commercial and operational teams to
ensure client needs are understood, and solutions meet client expectations.
Responsible for the sales process for prospects and clients and accountable for the team’s sales process.
Responsible for correct costing and pricing, reviewing service agreements and supporting the team in negotiations and closing deals.
Commercial Excellence Management.
Ensure that commercial procedures are followed.
Oversee the operations of the commercial department, including the design of a commercial strategy.
Ensure that suppliers’ contracts are aligned with company policy, ethics and values.
Building trust with the clients by visiting them, understanding their business.
Annual price increase negotiations with clients.
Prepare a suitable costing.
Prepare suitable Sales presentation.
Oversee negotiation and closing of the deal.
Qualifications
Matric
Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related a must.
Skills
Minimum 10 years Commercial experience within security/guarding industry.
Experience with financial statements and budgets.
Experience in reconciliation of income and expenses.
Experience with report writing.
PSIRA Grade A.
Driver’s License.
Knowledge of security operations.
Computer literacy.
Salary/Package
