The Lodge Anchor serves as the central point of coordination between guests, management, and various departments to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience. This role requires a highly organized, guest-focused individual who can handle administrative duties, staff supervision, and guest engagement with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping
1. Stock take and controls of Laundry and housekeeping Operating Equipment
2. Linen stock takes and controls
3. Quality control of all linen
4. Receiving orders
5. Storeroom cleanliness
6. Issuing stock
7. Public areas
8. Room maintenance and checks
9. Budget management and controls
10. Maintaining accurate par levels
11. Housekeeping and Laundry training where required
Guest Relations
1. Hosting guests for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Service
2. Courtesy calls daily
3. Assisting with Check ins and check out
4. Assisting with Early departures and late arrivals
Secondary Duties
1. Front Office Day sheets, gate access manifest, guest’s info., guest invoicing
2. Waiters, Venues and service
