They offer a wide range of ingredients for the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries by representing world leading manufacturers in Europe, India, Malaysia & the USA.
Job Description

• Office Operations Administration

  1. Manage consumables, office vendors, utility providers etc
  2. Events Coordination for branches

• Technical Administration

  1. Provides support to the Technical Manager
  2. Direct responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of the national technical database – COA’s etc
  3. Other Ad-hoc technical administration support functions

• People Administration

  1. HR functionalities
  2. Assist with travel & accommodation
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years’ work experience
  • Tertiary qualification in operations, administration or human resources preferred but not
    essential

 

Skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Solid project management and good organizational skills
  • A positive, self-motivated, self-disciplined individual who can work well independently, has good people skills
  • Computer literate, proficient in MS Office and Sharepoint
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
Salary/Package
Basic Salary negotiable
