This position reports to the Director.

Types of projects: Retail and Commercial Projects in the main.

Key Functions:

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Participate in and facilitate site meetings with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Process and analyze reports from various consulting teams to identify potential issues and ensure project compliance.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Candy).
• Support the project team in identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Assist with the preparation of project documentation and reports.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel throughout South Africa may be required.
