Job Description
Your duties will encompass:
Attend to all resident queries telephonically, on Whatsapp platform.
Attend to email queries received in shared inbox for all estates.
Queries can relate to new registrations on app, navigation on app, interpreting information, payment methods available, Unallocated payments.
Request payment information, monitor and follow up on payment allocation.
Reconnection / Disconnection of arrear wallets.
Information relating to consumption and daily billing.
Providing information relating to tariffs applicable to specific consumption
Refund requests.
Provide information on process in relation to a resident vacating the estate or moving between units within the estate or between estates.
Communication on various groups.
Monitor daily water consumption report and report any events to relevant resident and/or estate management.
Provide assistance to Portfolio Manager as and when required.
After hour support for all the functions above (rotational basis, at a minimum one full week per month).
Qualifications
Diploma in Business Management or related.
Skills
Minimum 3 years’ experience in utility management.
Experience in billing queries.
Advanced on MS Excel.
Fluent in English.
Salary/Package
R20K – R25K CTC
