Our client is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm.
Job Description
Compile/Prepare electrical design documentation for various building services projects (MV/LV reticulation, lighting & small power requirements, wireways for other services).
Compile/Prepare electronic design documentation for various building services projects (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, fire detection, PA/voice evacuation systems)
Manage and contract supervision of Building Services projects
Report writing, compiling of technical specification and bills of quantities.
Prepare contract documentation.
Liaise with clients, staff, and other professionals from inception to handover phase.
Qualifications
BEng/BSc Eng/BTech Electrical Engineering
Registered or eligible to register with ECSA as a Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng
Skills
Minimum 5 years’ post graduate experience
Previous Consulting Engineering experience in Building Services
Proficient in both English and Afrikaans
