Job Type: Permanent

Projects Scope:

Primarily hospital projects (both private and public sector)
Includes commercial, residential, school, and other commercial developments

Travel: Occasional travel within the Cape area

Qualifications:

BSc Quantity Surveying
PrQS

Skills

Software Proficiency:

WinQS
DimX

Other:

Tender preparation and management
Cost estimation and control
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
