You will be responsible for:

• Leadership & Team Management – Inspire, mentor, and develop the team, ensuring high morale and efficiency.
• Fine Dining Cuisine & Menu Development – Create innovative menus, maintain food quality, and accommodate special dietary needs.
• Guest Experience & Service – Engage with guests, ensure exceptional dining experiences, and adapt to special requests.
• Stock Control & Cost Management – Maintain food costs, conduct stock takes, manage portion control, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Health, Safety & Hygiene – Enforce hygiene standards, manage waste, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Training & Development – Conduct regular staff training, maintain kitchen efficiency, and foster a growth-focused environment.
