Job Description

Our client requires a suitable Junior Conveyancer to commence employment as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be expected to manage a fast-paced correspondent department and will also attend to a number of signing appointments with clients in and out of the office.

Your responsibilities will include:

The full administration of deceased estates, appointment of executrix and administrative agent, application for bonds, registrations and cancelations, drafting of wills and trusts, conveyancing and property matters, as well as handling some 3rd party claims matters.

Qualifications
  • LLB degree.
  • Admitted as an Attorney, Conveyancer and a Notary.
Skills

The successful candidate must have:

  • 1 – 3 years experience in Transfers and Bonds
  • Knowledgeable in fiduciary matters.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SearchWorks, and LexisNexis systems.
  • Dynamic and ambitious
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Must have strong leadership skills
Salary/Package
Market related salary, depending on experience
