Maintain operational requirements to ensure revenue continuity
Understanding and making use of all internal systems, including but not limited to Meter Management
Provide training and assistance to the customer service consultants and portfolio managers on all resident queries
Billing queries
Assist with escalated resident queries
Debtor Management
Staff wellness and management
Communication on various Whatsapp groups
Monthly reporting to estates and relevant stakeholders
Create and maintain monthly reporting to internal management as well as clients and attend monthly/weekly meetings with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare payment allocation batches and process journals when required.
Assist with ad-hoc manual billing calculation and processing as and when required as well as wallet adjustment requests from management or finance team.
Prepare and send out bulk client communications on an ad-hoc basis
