Job Description

A dynamic and prestigious hospitality property in Pretoria is looking for two Receptionists to join their team. Both roles are on 3 month fixed term contract with the opportunity of becoming permanent thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and departure
  • Handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Providing information about hotel services, amenities and local attractions
  • Addressing guest enquiries, concerns and special requests
  • Managing reservations and room assignments
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Maintaining guest records and updating the hotel management system
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness
  • Resolving guest complaints professionally and promptly
  • Communicating with housekeeping for room status updates
Qualifications

Hospitality qualification or similar

Skills
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Must be able to work shifts – 6am – 3pm, 2pm – 11pm, 10pm – 7am
  • Must live in Pretoria
Salary/Package
R6500 – 8000
