We are seeking a skilled Applications Support Analyst for one of our clients to provide technical support for their business applications, databases, integrations, and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Log and manage incidents, problems, and changes through the Service Management System.
• Provide technical support for applications, systems, and databases.
• Troubleshoot SQL and front-end application issues, ensuring effective resolutions.
• Monitor and optimize application, database, and system performance.
• Configure and maintain applications, databases, and integrations.
• Develop and modify SQL/SSRS reports to meet business requirements.
• Support and manage integrations between core applications, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Administer Power BI workspaces, access control, and data model optimization.
• Work with DBAs and vendors to troubleshoot and implement system changes.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
• Manage application and database security, including backups and restorations.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and deployment validation.
