Reporting to the Director.

You will be required to do:

• Measuring from drawings and compiling elemental estimates and cash flows and giving cost advice to client.
• Measuring from drawings and compiling BOQ’s.
• Adjustment of project preliminaries.
• Preparing tender documents on a JBCC contract.
• Preparing tender adjudication and procurement recommendations.
• Site, technical and planning meetings.
• Preparing valuations for payment certificates.
• Preparing financial and contract status reports.
• Ongoing site measurements during construction and issuing variation orders and distinguishing between schedule and non-schedule rates.
• Checking and reconciling drawings and making adjustment necessary to suit As-Built.
• Compiling final accounts.
• Diversification – to include energy, mining over and above construction [1] consulting, property development, manufacturing, waste management, supply and distribution contracts as well as plant and equipment hire.
