Reporting to the Head of Department

Responsibilities:

• Attending meetings with Clients & consultants, contractors etc.
• Design work
• Site inspections
• Working drawings and council submissions
• Project and property management
• Developing Conceptual designs for various architectural projects, mostly in the private sector public sector
• Developing Projects to Design Development stage and implementing all technology system
• Coordinating with other professional consultants
• Attending Site visits and doing inspections for projects
• Compiling Project reports for all the work stages
• Technical documentation and detailing
• Researching on the design requirements for specific projects
