Full function hands on Financial and Costing Manager with at least 3 years hands on experience.  Must have managed staff and be able to hit the ground running.  This is a senior position reporting directly to the owner so you need to have very strong accounting and costing skills as there is no go to person above you.  SAP B1, manufacturing and costing experience Essential.
