As a Senior Foreman, you will oversee and manage all aspects of Residential Project construction, including:

• Managing all staff and contractors.
• Overall operations on construction site.
• Providing guidance, training, and motivation to team members.
• Ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Conducting safety inspections and addressing potential hazards.
• Controlling and optimising resource utilisation to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.
• Coordinating daily work schedules and tasks.
