Job Description
As a storemanager, you will be responsible for:
Receiving, recording, and conveying building materials.
Storing and distributing site items.
Ensuring safe and secure storage of consumables and equipment.
Maintaining accurate inventory records and reports.
Coordinating material delivery and site support.
Assisting with procurement and maintaining purchase records.
Qualifications
Matric
Skills
2 Years experience in this role or a similar role.
Proficient in tracking, organising, and managing inventory, including stock rotation and preservation.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with supervisors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Understanding of construction materials, ability to interpret delivery slips, and computer skills.
Ability to resolve inventory discrepancies and handle unexpected material shortages.
Safety awareness.
