You will be responsible for the following:

• Propose marketing and sales strategies and once approved by Exco, implement as deliver results.
• Manage the Marketing & Sales budget.
• Lead and manage the performance of the marketing and sales team (Marketing Representatives and Technical Support Staff).
• Identify new products & services, research the feasibility of thereof and support development and lead commercialization.
• Assist in the development of training material that facilitates the safe and efficient use of company products and promotes the company brand.
• Manage the customer training at sites – on surface and underground.
• Ensure that all Marketing Team members are 100% knowledgeable of the product range, use thereof and are comfortable to conduct training.
• Maintaining and accurate training register and feedback reports.
• Adhering to the agreed visit schedule to ensure that all clients are receiving adequate face time and support from the company.
• Obtaining client detail information on all visits, to create, update and maintain a company contact database.
