Job Description
Drive and Manage sale of wiring harnesses
Develop and manager effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relations within the automotive industry and electronics
Lead and mentor sales team if applicable, ensure KPIs alignment and performance
Prepper and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities and customer needs
collaborate with engineering and production team to ensure technical specifications and lead times are aligned with customer expectations
Oversee contract negotiations, pricing and terms in line with company polices
Attend industry trade shows, client meeting and other networking events
Qualifications
ND Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Skills
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in automotive or electronics industries.
