Managing the full financial accounting process of the company, holding company and subsidiaries

Continuously improve and maintain reporting standards
Managing financial planning process of the company
Participating in strategic planning
Facilitating management of the company taxation function and ensuring statutory compliance
Managing the SSC payroll function
Managing the short-term liquidity and treasury
Providing financial advice and consulting

CA(SA)
Skills
SAP
8 years’ experience with 2 years at senior management level
Knowledge of the various business units and experience of SAP – FI, CO, FA, MM, Payroll, HR, PA, BPC
Extensive knowledge of international financial reporting standards, company tax, PAYE, VAT
Ability to creating shared purpose and direction, alignment and focus, building credibility, trust and an inspiring climate, facilitating effective stakeholder engagement, driving continuous improvement, facilitating measurement and feedback, drive execution, develop and empower others, building strategic relationships.
