Job Description

Our client, specializing in Property Litigation, is seeking a Junior Attorney who is a strong litigator capable of practicing in a wide variety of litigation. The ideal candidate will be highly intelligent, innovative and forward-thinking – someone who is driven by change and not afraid to challenge traditional methods of law practice. They should embrace new technologies, including AI, and be committed to exploring creative solutions for dispute resolution and mediation.

Qualifications

LLB Degree.
Admitted as an Attorney (with right of appearance in the High Court advantageous).

Skills

The successful candidate must have:

2 – 5 years of experience post-admission in litigation (experience in property law would be advantageous).
Strong Litigation Skills: Experience in a wide range of litigation matters, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex cases effectively.

Salary/Package

R30 000 – R50 000 CTC per month, commensurate with experience and ability to bring in fees
