A Property Development & Management company with offices located in Johannesburg North.
Job Description

Our client is seeking a competent Sales Admin Manager who will be responsible for overseeing administrative duties related to property sales.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Sending contracts to banks for approval

  • Advising customers on the best offers

  • Coordinating transfers and bond registrations

  • Managing a team of 5 Sales Administrators
  • Managing and updating the CRM system

Qualifications
  • Legal qualification – Advantageous
  • Matric with 8+ years of experience in a similar role in connection with sales of property, transfer of ownership and/or bond registrations, as well as sales and admin management
Skills

The successful candidate must have:

  • Min 6 years’ experience working with Property sales administration and managing staff
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office / CRM system
  • Similar experience in property transfers or working as a conveyancing secretary in a law firm will be advantageous.
  • MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ON WEEKENDS (only when required) & MUST HAVE OWN CAR AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
