Follow the plan and setting up the plan according to needs
Ensure all manufacturing takes place according to specifications
Report insufficient raw materials & consumables for production
Responsible for ensuring that all related documentation is completed and correct
Handover after shifts and to ensure continued communications between shifts
Supervising production during manufacturing process
Ensure each team member knows what is expected of them and has the tools and materials to perform his tasks.
Ensure that work procedures are followed
First-off inspections checked & signed off
Interaction with laboratory/Quality to check material properties
Reports on any quality and maintenance deviations
Receiving of raw materials and supervise stock takes.
Qualifications
Matric.
Production related qualification.
Skills
Minimum of 5 years production experience.
Supervisory experience gained in a Food Processing Production / FMCG environment.
Knowledge of HACCP and GMP.
Ability to work shifts.
Salary/Package
R15K – R16.5K
