Job Description

• Effective planning, organising and prioritising tasks
• Manage project teams and stakeholders (clients and suppliers)
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations
• Municipal Engineering Infrastructure provision and Building Works.
• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Extensive analytical, strategic, and planning functions
• Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through
• Financial, contractual, and commercial aspects of the projects.

Qualifications

BEng/BSc or B-Tech in Civil Engineering and or Construction Project management
ECSA (Pr.Eng / PrTechEng) and SACPCM registration

Skills

• Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organising and prioritising tasks
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations
• Proficient in Municipal Engineering Infrastructure provision and Building Works.
• Extensive experience in analytical, strategic, and planning functions
• Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through
• Financial, contractual, and commercial skills, with strong negotiating abilities
