This position is responsible for providing customers with professional technical support of the company products. This position will coordinate and work closely with site manager to assure a common understanding/application of technical support and information to support and provide excellent customer service on Equipment.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales of all Bulk Handling aftermarket parts, retrofits, and service-related activities
• Formulate and implement an inspection and reporting plan for Bulk equipment to generate aftermarket business.
• Carry out Inspections and reporting on Bulk materials equipment
• Support and training of FSE organization on Bulk equipment inspections and reporting.
• Assures Customer / Regional Sales and Service Team have access to high quality product and technical support
• Identifies new aftermarket service product offerings which result from the review and analysis of changing customer requirements.
• Test work on site and commissioning duties
• Face to face marketing with customers / customer relations.
• Tender preparation / involvement / co-ordination and tender follow up procedures.
• Budgets and forecasts
• Product strategy development and execution for effective sales and marketing of the products.
• Develop new business opportunities with Market area organization.
• Participates in technical decisions and coordination of technical details with the client and vendors.
• Positive customer relations and interpersonal skills are essential.
