Formal Culinary qualification
At least 5 years experience in similar role in upmarket restaurant.
Experience in Portuguese cuisine an advantage.
Proven track record.
Able to run and manage a busy pass in a Busy Restaurant kitchen.
Good Staff Coordination skills.
Great Communication skills.
Good plating skills.
Strong Character/Presence.
Able to coordinate a team well.
