Work with clients to understand their business need
Map the needs to Sage 200 functionalities, and configure the system to meet those needs
Provide training, support, and troubleshooting
Requirements Gathering:Â Collect, document, and verify business requirements and functional specifications.Â
System Design & Configuration:Â Design, configure, and customize Sage 200 modules to meet client needs.Â
Implementation & Support:Â Assist with installations, upgrades, and migrations of Sage 200. Provide first-line and second-line support to clients.Â
Training:Â Develop and deliver user training materials and training sessions
Troubleshooting:Â Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure system stability.
Documentation:Â Create user manuals, FAQs, and other documentation to support system usage.Â
Project Management:Â Participate in IT projects, lead specific streams, and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.Â
Business Process Mapping:Â Map business processes to Sage 200 functionalities and recommend enhancements for optimal performance.Â
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Accounting
SAGE 200 Certification
Skills
4 + years experience in SAGE 200 Functional Consulting across all modules
Strong communication skills
Sage BP experience
Salary/Package
R35 000 + Commission
