Our client has an opportunity for an energetic individual to fill the position of a Technical Sales Rep in their company. The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

• Providing direction in line with business strategy, lead, motivate and measure the performance of the Sales teams to ensure individual and team budgets and objectives are achieved is respect to Animal Feed segment
• Preparation of annual sales budget in conjunction with operations and procurement
• Develop and implement standard sales operating practices and monitoring techniques in conjunction with direct reports.
• Delivery of presentations to major customers, board, and management, when required
• Work with the Purchasing Department to ensure that all tenders, proposals, and agreement renewals are completed on time to the highest standard.
• Leading all sales and marketing functions in respect to Animal Feed segment
• Ensure effective sales monitoring is in place for all sales activity and ensure that the business is capturing
