Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lodge
• Lead and motivate a team to ensure smooth functioning across departments
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure
• Manage budgets, stock control, procurement and reporting
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and maintenance
• Liaise with marketing, reservations and operational support teams
