Job Description
Key functions:
Management of selected subcontractor packages on mainly residential projects
Progress Valuations
Attending project meetings
Tendering and procurement
Project and cost reporting
Preparing contract documentation
Costing of additional work
Qualifications
BSc/BTech/Diploma QS
Skills
Must have at least 2 Years’ Experience at a PQS firm
Able to work with Microsoft Office and learn to work with DimX, WINQS
