Inbound Tour Operator in JHB North

Job Description

Coordinate Travel through Southern and East Africa
Booking of accommodation, flights excursions and transfers.
Liaison with overseas agents and ensure seamless ground handling on their behalf.
Negotiating special rates for accommodation and excursions
Checking and signing off all invoices
Assisting with FITs when needed

Qualifications

Travel diploma advantageous

Skills

At least 3 years experience handling group/series

Experience in FITs beneficial

Tourplan advantageous

Good Knowledge of Southern Africa and East Africa beneficial.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office once training completed and as such you need to be set up to work from home.

Salary/Package

Negotiable depending on experience
