The Resorts Outlets Operations Manager (Spa & Adventure Activities Guest Experience) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort’s spa facilities, as well as the adventure activities onsite, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a high standard of service.
This role requires a dynamic leader who can seamlessly manage the various staff members, services, and guest relations while collaborating with other resort departments to create a holistic and luxurious guest experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for wellness, and a commitment to ensuring that every guest has a memorable and rejuvenating visit.
The position is based at Head Office, but the incumbent will need to travel to the various resorts to check on the necessary operational requirements. These trips should be planned along with the Resort Regional Manager or the Group Food and Beverage Manager
